12 13 07 Back to School After Bad Weather

Dewey School kindergarten and first-grade students got off the bus and headed to their classrooms just before 8 a.m. this (Thursday) morning after two consecutive days without classes because of inclement weather and hazardous road conditions. The Chillicothe R-2 School District has two “snow days” built into its 2007-08 school calendar: Jan. 21, 2008 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day and March 24, 2008, the Monday after Easter Sunday. School district officials say any more missed school days due to hazardous road conditions will be tacked on the end of the 2007-08 school year in May. - C-T Photo by Laura Schuler 12 13 07
